* OUR GIFT

Nothing is definitive. Some are finite and right outside of that is a boundless world that is still waiting, not to be discovered or conquered but cultivated and loved. * SEEDS

Hmm, where would I start? I suppose at the beginning, where it all started. Trauma for me started in the womb and continued throughout most of my life. Some of it from external sources like domestic violence and sexual abuse. Some of it was from internal sources . . .

* SPEAK

What if we spoke up and emptied our hearts of those deep dark thoughts? The so-called “too- dark” ones, that creep up almost out of nowhere all the time? . . . seemingly just to eat away at our peace of mind!
