I love this visual representation of a linear concept of thinking, as though we humans are only capable of thinking with one half of the brain over there other.
Spongebob (Photo Below) represents the tertiary aspect of cognitive dissonance. But if we really take the time to slow down, relax and digest the situation, through cognitive response and reasoning, we can then witness us, the observer, observing itself as a component of a practical outcome based on free will.
We have a choice in all we do, before feeling forced to make a decision or pick a side. Allow yourself to see where your feelings actually fall on the spectrum from an auto- didactic perspective, understanding and approach.
Stop splitting your whole truths into half understandings and then forcing yourself into a distorted or compromised conclusion that suits another’s grand design.
Follow your truth to the end and allow the whole to reveal itself. This is how we find balance to heal and finally reveal our true passions and skills.
No more "lesser of two evils" shit. Stop placing choices in your narrative that you don't want to live out and then feel like you are lost and confused in another's concept of deciding.
Love,
JAH
