*SOULMATE
PART II
In astrology, your soulmate energy is typically connected to your Venus element. Through my own experience, my Venus is in Pisces, making me feel that my soulmate is likely a water sign. This doesn't mean all water signs are potential soulmates, but I've noticed a pattern in my interactions.
For instance, while connected to my South Node as a Taurus North Node, Scorpios often bring a darker, more intense connection that isn't conducive to a healthy soulmate relationship for me. Scorpios tend to have deep, inner work that I'm not prepared to undertake with them in a soulmate context.
Cancers, on the other hand, are highly emotional and expressive, which I find easier to navigate. They are open about their feelings when they are comfortable. Pisces, though, are more reserved and introspective, holding their emotions in, making it challenging to connect deeply without significant effort.
Each water sign has its dynamic, and as someone with limited water influence in my chart, apart from Venus and Mars, I seek balance with these elements. This balance is crucial for a soulmate connection about harmony and growth rather than a Twin Flame's intense, fleeting passion.
In a soulmate relationship, the connection is intimate but requires effort. It's about finding a balance and understanding that the relationship may not always appear conventional or perfect from the outside. Unlike the lust-driven Twin Flame, a soulmate relationship is about mutual growth and learning. It's about being whole individuals who come together to create something new and balanced, appreciating each other's humanity and the complexities that come with it.
A soulmate connection is a slow burn; it grows over time and requires you to consistently invest in yourself and your partner. It's not about the immediate gratification of a Twin Flame relationship, often marked by rapid highs and subsequent crashes. Instead, a soulmate relationship involves a gradual, steady development where both partners learn to see beyond superficial attributes and appreciate deeper qualities like emotional intelligence and consistency.
Through my journey, I've realized that understanding my needs and desires is key to calling in a balanced soulmate. A soulmate relationship requires mutual respect and the ability to grow together. It's about recognizing and nurturing each other's strengths, and it often involves more work than a Twin Flame relationship, but in a rewarding, sustainable way. It's not about losing yourself in the relationship but finding balance and enhancing each other's lives. This sets soulmate connections apart—they involve a deeper understanding of oneself and one's partner and a willingness to invest in the relationship over the long term.
A soulmate connection is for those ready for mature, lasting relationships. While Twin Flame connections can be exciting and intense, they often lack the depth and sustainability of a soulmate relationship. Twin Flames tend to focus on instant gratification and physical attraction, which can burn out quickly, whereas soulmates build a foundation based on mutual growth and respect.
