HOW TO TRANSFORM YOUR MENTAL HEALTH:

TRANSMUTE negative ENERGY INTO A useful tool to teach

listen to your gut intuition (a calling)

cease negative self talk of your past (what did you learn?)

ask more question that foster uncomfortable conclusions

allow self growth without self sabotage

let go of the idea of control, so you may be in charge of your own feelings that dictate your thoughts.

WAYS TO MAINTAIN POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH INCLUDE:

Getting professional help if you need it

Connecting with others

Staying positive

Getting physically active

Helping others navigATE unfamiliar emotions

Getting enough sleep

Developing coping skills

Feeling and thinking in Present tense (the now)

stop lying to yourself about what is you truly desire
